Does it get better? Does it get easier?

The answer is YES!

It really does.  It's all in your mindset.

I finally stopped smoking for good, I am so very proud to be a non-smoker.

1 1/2 to 2 1/2 packs a day for 33 years.

Those days, as they add up become more and more precious.

Day 683 here and all is wonderful~!

It gets SO much easier - and I know everyone who has achieved this freedom from addiction will agree that it is worth all the effort it took to attain it!
