I haven't even thought about smoking today. I have been so busy cleaning, doing laundry and running errands that I've kept my mind busy. Now that I'm settling down for the night I don't want to smoke even now. It was nice to go all day without a trigger or craving. I yearn for days like today everyday. Hopefully tomorrow will be just as nice as today was.
