Hi ladies and gents. Well I blew it right out the gate and have continued to smoke. I have COPD (Emphysema- stage 3). The latter is a new diagnosis. I have some heart issues as well. I'm frightened, but I also know I'll have greater success coming from a place of love rather than fear. I've beat a lot of addictions but this one's kicked my butt. I'm 62 years young. A smoker since age 14. A 16 year breast cancer survivor/thriver. I need to do this I need to succeed this go around. I've cut way back but I need to stop! I've got a lot of life left to live.
