45 years old, about 20 years "off" and mostly "on" smoker. I quit for about 3 years around 5 years ago. Decided last year I was going to quit smoking for good it only took me 8 months to fill prescription for chantix. My quit day was April 1st. so far pretty good, some trigger times but I just take a deep breath (like taking a drag) and its gone, try this it does work and fast.
OK PEOPLE ITS BEEN 90 DAYS TODAY AND I'M SMOKE FREE....
