Since using nicotine for so long and finally deciding to quite all together I have been trying to focus on the stuff that stimulates my cravings and replace what I do such as chew on strong flavored gum not take that drink. It has been a struggle getting my mind and body to replace something that has been a habit for years. doing it one craving/day at a time
