Day three in the books. The last time I quit in 2011 it was Cigarettes. Now this vape garbage. 7 years. When I quit Cigarettes I didn't need the patch. This go round the patch is a must. This damn vape is a bad deal. Way harder to quit. however I'm in a good place right now. Killing it.
