No matter how you add them up.. I'm getting a charge out of having reached this milestone.

I started cold-turkey with little or no plan.. found this site after having been quit for a week.

I will tell you straight up that without your support I do not know that I could have done this.

But I have won this battle.

A few stray urges still smack me upside the head now and then but I've learned how to refocus my attention on something else and keep moving on.   I am no longer a smoker.

Served 20 years in the US Army and retired in 1998. Worked in Network Security supporting the military under various contracts for the next 20 years. Have now been out of the Army longer than I originally served. 62 years old this coming Jan 2019 Trying to become an avid bicyclist.
