Merry Christmas - Happy Holidays - Whatever suits your world!

I am doing very well with the quit.  Work has been so busy that I have hardly had any time to even think about smoking.  And .. when it comes to that.. While I do have moments where I have to go do something (read emails, talk the dog out for a walk, etc) to re-adjust my thinking... I am not having any of the almost overwhelming urges any longer.  

I will be smoke free for the New Year and for the rest of my life.  Here's wishing the same for everyone here!
