So I'm less than halfway through my third day. I've lost count of how many times I've quit before and I usually don't make it past 2 weeks. I'm thinking this time it will be different.
I'm using patches and occassionally an e-cigarette. Probably not a conventional way to quit but I need to try something different since all my other attempts didn't work.
My mood is okay today and I haven't had a huge craving yet. I keep telling myself that any craving is just a thought in my mind so I thank my mind and then move on.
