Today is difficult and I am thinking every other minute about taking a drag. I have not yet but am tired of feeling split

hang on, take it second, by second, drink juices, water, try to distract your mind, you can do this, tell your thoughts, hell no! peace!

NO Rachel! Please don't smoke. Deep breaths, squeeze ball, eat something anything but don't smoke! You can get through this!

I chew on plastic drinking straws when I really, really have a craving. I even cut them so they're cigarette size. You can drag through them or chew on them and either way, it occupies my mouth. You're doing great and you can make it!
