Today was kinda tough. Just had this nagging desire to smoke all day long. Not like crazy urges that would leave me breathless like last week but these super long lasting annoying desires. The crazy strong urges I felt were shorter and much more intense. These ones today were long and nagging. Felt like they weren't enough to make me stop and buy a pack of smokes but were enough to wear me out from the unrelenting strain of them. They just would not go away. Oiii, I made it through and I have experienced and dealt with another new thing the Demon inside is using to play tricks on me and wear me down. I understand that and to a certain extent take joy in the fact that I thwarted another angle the Nico-Demon used, on the other hand I feel tired and a little down from the strain of the day. BUT the important thing is that it is another day. Another day that has led me farther away from the smokes and closer to absolute freedom. Another day that has me almost to Double Digits!! Now that is a little exciting.
