Day 790 and Still Free!

Hope everyone is doing ok today. Hope everyone is safe from the storms. We had a tornado hit Minneapolis just the other day. I think there was 1 fatality, but a lot of damage. A lot of people lost their homes. It's been a tough spring weather wise.

Also lots of people battling through personal issues. Know that if you write something about your struggles on here, the good people of this site will pray for you (whether you want them to or not). This place is not unlike a family, and when a member is in trouble the community pulls together.

As for me, things are going fine. I am on day 790. I don't even crave smokes anymore. They are no longer a part of my life and I have no desire to go back to that whatsoever. When I think of the number of YEARS I spent smoking just because I was too scared to quit, it blows my mind. I should have done this years ago! It took a mini-stroke to get me to quit! Don't be afraid to quit, make your choice and do it now. We only get so much life, the sooner you quit the more you will enjoy yours!

I am with you as far as wishing I had done this so many years ago! But - we will look forward and be happy that we have done it now! Congrats on 790 days - wow, almost 800 days!
