Day 7 is today...

This weekend was really hard for me.  It was when I usually smoked the most because I was always bored at home.  Luckily I had to work Sat morning so that cut out 1/4 of the wknd.  I ate a lot 😞 but tried to exercise too.  I've been very tired this last week and I've missed drinking.  I would drink 2x a week but I've quit that so I won't be inclined to smoke but when I can start that back?  Should I start back slow with one glass of wine and just see how it goes if it's too much then keep waiting.  I feel overwhelmed like I've quit too much at once you know? 

I haven't had a smokemare in a couple nights but here I am sitting at work thinking about smoking.  Something strange happened to me this wknd.  I went out shopping and this lady walked by smoking and it didn't smell good to me like it used to.  So I think that's a good sign.  Also I went to a gas station on Saturday (first time since I quit) and bought an energy drink.  Didn't even have the urge to buy a pack.

I know there are a lot of other people who quit when I did and I'm going to read through and check on them too! Thank you all again for your support and kind words.  They are very appreciated! 🙂
