Day 7 is HERE

Well, I want to say thanks to all of you who have given me support in this. The only thing I have done extremely different this FINAL QUIT, is that I decided this IS my FINAL QUIT! I'm starting to have less and less craves, but when I do I just find something to do or get on here and read more posts from others who can relate to me. I think everyone who quits or is thinking of quitting has a much better chance of success if they have a support system like become an EX. I am determined and I know I will be an ex for life!!
