Its been seven days since I took up the effort. The cravings come around, now they are less frequent and less powerful. I saw my sisters pack of cigarettes and felt I should have one. Thank God they were empty. I picked up the empty pack and threw it away. I breathe so much easier, and my sense of smell is coming back gradually. I also been going to the gym almost everyday now... I still weigh 230lbs, so hopefully my weight will come off. I saved about $42 so I stopped smoking. I'm also getting my financial affairs in order. I been doing quite well.
