Day 638

Random post alert!!  Can't believe it is 638 amazing days since I FINALLY came to my senses and ditched the drag of fags!

Today was was just a normal wonderful smoke free day, my best friend was round (she still smokes) and I felt heart sorry that she doesn't even try to stop. At least when I was struggling with my addiction I always said "never stop stopping!" And with the love and support from everyone here, today is my glorious 638th day of freedom.

Wishing everyone a happy Tuesday, and send a massive thank you to you all!

Sooz3‌ Congratulations on your growing quit, it is so good to hear from you.  Hope that you have a wonderful Halloween.  I have a good friend like yours and she NEVER talks about quitting...NEVER, makes me sad because I think she would be so much healthier but I can't push her.

Congrats so far-I was  just on vaca earlier this month and around family/friends that smoke.  I seriously could not take my eyes off them smoking. I realized how disgusting it is and how really dependent they are on cigarettes. I am desperately trying to get my BFF to join this site because it has made the difference for me.

Today, 638 must be your favorite number:) congrats on your success!

Missed you, lady, haven't heard much from you.  I hope your friend joins, I wish MINE would but I know that is not going to happen, she doesn't have any interest in quitting.  I was walking through the store yesterday and I could smell someone who had probably just gotten back from her break...WOW, it was overwhelming.  She smelled like an old ashtray and I somehow don't think she KNEW it.  What a waste of life and BREATH.

I’ve been so busy since vaca that I don’t get on as much but still love reading the blogs and putting my 2 cents in when I can:) Still going strong in my quit and building up those days!

YES!

We worry when you are away!  But - we will always keep a light in the window so you can find your way back when you can.

Thanks Nancy! No need to worry about me - this is the strongest quit I’ve ever had and it’s really because I’m better educated about the addiction. And seriously, I think i’m too cheap to start up again (I am my father’s daughter:)
