Day 6!

Day 6 of not smoking and I am so happy! I feel so much better! I am still getting random urges to smoke though here and there, but I'm getting through them! They're not as long or frequent as they were.   I've almost gone a whole week without smoking and I couldn't be more grateful for all of you guys on this website. The missing feeling that I was having is pretty much gone as well.

Hi DaniDesi .... the benefits you are seeing so early in your quit are wonderful...and 6 days of Freedom is super...(7 days is hell week)...whoo hoo...anyways, you are doing great, but still early and you must stay very vigilant...because an urge can pop out of nowhere...You keep coming here and keep saying “no way”...Happy Friday Colleen 529 DOF

Great job!  Congratulations on six days. Hang on to the wonder of it all and keep moving forward--you took the risk and you are finding that you can make it work each day. Keep it coming.
