Day 6 - things are getting easier and harder at the same time.

Well Day 6 is just about complete.  when I wake up I will be starting Day 7.  I know I can do it.  I have suruvied this long with out getting a smoke i can go one more day so that i can focus on getting another week down.  Today was pretty easy at work, low stress, only two cravings today at work, after lunch and afternoon.  I used one piece of no smoking gum, and one piece of regular gum.  I did not even wear a patch today.  Home life after work was ok, until after dinner, my two children and my newphew acted like they did not have the slightiest clue on what calming down meant.  A big craving hit then I used one my non smoking piceces but other that that I am ok.  I am working hard to stay busy at home and at work, but I have noticed that if my life is not in balance between work and home then i tend to get more cravings.  I believe that the cravings are a way of me to put a blanket over a problem until it goes away.  Well all of us know that that is not going to happen. So I need to use the cravings to try and find out what the problem is and work on them later after the craving is gone.  I believe that if I can do this the I will be getting my life back into balance and I will still have craving but  ithink they will not be so severe or as many when I get home.
