Had my physical a couple weeks ago. My Dr checked my nicotine levels and something else that shows up in smokers. Mine was lower then listed for a non-smoker. Felt so good to see that.
Day 50 was busy so didn't even have time to think about not smoking. It was a good day.
Stay strong and true to yourself, as I will stay strong and true to myself. We've got this!
