day five and my body feels like i twas hit by a train. Cant tell if i am coming down with something or if this is normal dont remember this from tha last time i quit.  the cough isnt too bad at the point.

gonna try some yoga and massage and see if i hurt any less.

One thing I've noticed while reading this site is that while everyone has some similar withdrawal symptoms, everyone has something wildly different. Don't freak out or anything, it's probably withdrawal, and your body is trying to find it's equilibrium again. I hope the yoga and massage help you feel better!

Day five was my worst. I was traveling for work and seriously almost tackled a guy I saw smoking to bum a cigarette.  Luckily I didn't and instead came on this site and wrote it out.  By the time I was done typing, the worst crave was over and I could keep looking forward.

The yoga helped my joints some and a hot bath withmag sulfate didnt hurt any. Massage appt at 3pm. i took the patch off will leave it off as long as i can - - - they always come off when they get wet anyways - but oddly enough - the adhesive wont come off of my skin go figure.

 

Deiced to make a day of it stick to healthy foods chicken veggies fruits oatmeal and water. That and the massage will make me feel better I think.

 

Oddly since the first night i havent wanted one all that bad - more of a what to do with myself between classes and while driving. so my sister gets to talk to me lots on the phone or i hang out in the library.
