Share your quitting journey
Well day 5 was uneventful, no bad cravings yet, but I am waiting for one to come at me full speed ahead. Right now though I am enjoying not having them!! My taste buds are starting to come back to life and my breathing is already noticeably better. I honestly thought it would take longer for things to come back because I have been smoking so long. I won't question any further though, I will leave well enough alone and just be happy and feel blessed!! With out God and the people on this site I don't think honestly I would be doing this right now in the way that I did it. I found this site at the right time and was in right frame of mind to make it work. Not to mention I really wanted to and knew I needed to. Keep your thoughts coming because it truly does help, more than you know. here is a hug for you all!!
