Wow, 5 days since I last smoked. To be honest dont feel any different than before, I guess that will take much more time. The only problem I am facing is trouble sleeping at night time. I wake up often and go back to sleep, basically its really fragmented. I read this has to do with adjustment and R.E.M sleep which smokers used to have less off. I hope it passes off soon. Sometimes I miss smoking and want to smoke but I am glad I talk my way out of it. Accepting the crave , laughing on it and moving on has worked for me. I just hooe it gets better as I pass few more weeks. Eager to see what lies beyond a month or two ! Thank you everyone for keeping me motivated and supporting me. This place is awesome . Period!!
