Day 5

This morning I was helping tie my 4-year-old's shoe. She leaned down and smelled my hair. She told me it smelled very pretty.

I haven't had a chance to take my morning shower, so I haven't washed it in 2 days. Two days! And my hair still smells "pretty".

That my friends, is confirmation in the purest form that I am doing something good. She will never know how much that tiny comment pushed me to see this through, always.
