Day 5 and I relapsed!

So today was supposed to be day 5 for me of not smoking and for some reason I just gave in to the craving. I have been feeling sick all week and my skin feels like it's crawling. I had a cigarette and the sick feeling instantly went away. So now I know that me feeling sick as a dog was actually me going through nicotine withdrawl and the thought that I will have to go through that all over again makes me nervous. I just hope that I can be strong enough to not let the cravings and withdrawl get to me.

Heidi - there were probably some good things that happened during those five days too. Try to concentrate on them with this quit. Good Luck!

You can do it. It's worth going through all that to be free from the slavery of cigarettes.
