Day 4 of quitting. In need of some support.

So Im not really even sure how to use this site yet, but the blogs seem to offer support, so I figured Id post one. Im 20 years old and Ive been smoking on and off since I was 14. After many attempts at quitting, I decided Saturday night that enough was enough and have not taken a drag of a cigarette since then. I had horrible withdrawals yesterday and felt physically more exhausted than I have ever been, along with getting very sweaty and shaky. Im not sure if its related, but Ive been having nightmares the past few days since quitting as well. I feel a bit better today but am noticing that I am ridiculously hungry all the time. It's not even that I just THINK Im hungry or want something to do with my mouth, but my stomach keeps growling constantly. I suppose it makes sense, but I wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions for this. Also, does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep the quitting up? Whenever Ive been wanting a cigarette, I've been going out into the cold and taking deep breaths, really feeling the cold air. But other than that, Im not sure what to do. And are these withdrawals going to get any worse? Yesterday was hell. ANY support or suggestions would really help!
