I made it 3 whole days without smoking a cigarette and last night I gave into the cravings. When I got home, I lit one up and then another before I went to bed. I smoked one cigarette this morning but it just isn't the same anymore. It tastes like shit and it's not as pleasurable as it used to be. On one hand I know I should reset my quit clock but on the other, I want to keep going. What should I do? I feel like if I keep smoking I won't be able to stop, but if I continue on like I have been I might actually be able to beat this thing. I do feel guilty about it but I think I did pretty well considering this is the longest I've gone without a cigarette in over 15 years!
