So yes, its day 4! And I'm actually staying pretty strong. Last night was risky though...Since my boyfriend still smokes and has decided not to join me on my quest to quitting, I was soo tempted to say eff this and grab a cig. But I didn't and I am extremely happy with my decision. For those of you out there with family or friends that still smoke I feel your pain! This might sound bad but when I see them light up I make a joke about them in my head. To turn me away from smoking...but I guess if it works it works. I wish everyone the best of luck...now lets see what Day 5 brings!
