Day 4....DONE

Day 4 is almost history. So far, if I can make it to the evening, I'm okay with my cravings. The only time I have a helluva urge is while driving. I swear, people in Atlanta CANNOT drive. Jesus. So yeah, I usually light up with the windows down, stereo blasting, allergies kicking, but today I enjoyed my A/C for once, windows up (it's hot in Georgia), put on some jazz and just beared it and I got home. Whew...

I'm good now, I've got the internet...

Hang in there - you should be out of the car by now and on somewhat safe ground. I'm one day behind you and fighting the same battles - but mine aren't driving. Surely it will continue to get easier - hang in there!

Driving was always had for me too, What helps me is to hold something in my hand, I usually use a rubberband and stretch it between my fingers, this REALLY helps me, but I have heard of people using all sorts of things, one lady used a little cat toy that has a bell in it. what ever works though. Stay Strong!!

FANTASTIC! I am so proud of you!!! I hope to be as strong willed as you. I am "practicing" as of lately. For example (I'm a waitress by "trade" lol) today was the busiest it's been in months. We have a lot of new people that aren't really in the swing of things yet. So when it gets hectic, it easily turns to chaotic. Normally, I'd duck out the back door, at the first oppourtunity, but I just kept telling myself that I would do just one more thing first. Next thing I know it's the end of the shift and I'm halfway home without even taking my pack out of my purse all day. Still working on the wake-up routine though.

I'm happy to see that it's going so well for you, keep up the AMAZING work!
