Right here with you! Day 4 is easier that 2 or 3 as far as my daily routines go, but my mind is really starting to play tricks on me. I'm keeping in mind how hard it was to even get to Day 4, and that even just one puff will set back the progress I've made so far. Hang in there and know that you're not alone!
SO true...we've all been thu this part of week one...we'll have good days and bad days but stay the course....stay determined and remember NOPE=Not One Puff EVER to break the addiction cycle...it really gets SO much better! In the beginning of my quit I thought that I would be having smoking urges forever...but that didn't happen....instead I found myself HAPPY to be free of the addiction! aha! WHO KNEW?
