Day 34

Today is the first day of the rest of my life!

I wrote this early this morning. It is now11:00 pm. I am doing great. I went bowling tonight. It is usually a night when I could have smoked at least a 1/2 a pack. I did not smoke any.( except maybe second had smoke. ) I realized tonight that there were not as many smokers in this ally then I used to think. I looked around and did not see things like I used to. I bowled the same. 115 average. LOL

I look forward to next week. The night was better than I expected.

Gee, with a 115 average you'd still kick my ass! Our bowling alleys are all smoke-free in Minnesota, and I recall freaking out about that ...now I'm sooooo grateful!
