The fact that you aren't smoking, but you acknowledge the urge to smoke shows just how strong your quit it. It's okay to not think clearly sometimes. Give yourself permission to feel bad and not smoke. Give yourself permission to feel weak and not smoke. It will pass.

You've got this. You can remain strong even when feeling weak.  Sending prayers!!

I was going to comment something totally different but I like what was said above and I'd like to add to do some reading for reinforcement and education on your quit.

Are you in a position to give yourself a nice soothiing bath with bubbles and scented candles to remind yourself how special and worthy you are??

Perhaps these actions will clear your head some and give you the direction needed for a better day?  I will be sending prayers for relief.

Please remember that there will be good days and bad days and there were when you smoked too.  Smoking really did not make the bad days better...it just STUFFED the feelings down.  You are in No Man's Land, the craves MAY seem stronger, https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/groups/best-of-ex/blog/2011/05/24/no-mans-land-days-30-to130-appr...  That's just a little refresher.  You are doing SO WELL....keep going, it WILL get easier.

Cindy, you're in No Man's Land already.  That's a good thing.  Please read what Ellen shared about NML.  I was't aware of it either.  I think we believe that it should be easy already.  It's easier, but not easy.  It's real important to stay vigilant during this time.  You will get through to the other side. Cindy----perfectly normal to feel that urge to smoke. Just don't act on it. You can do it. You have a very good attitude about quitting and did not enter this expecting it to be easy. You are fighting the fight and winning. We are ALL proud of your 32 days and you should be also.
