Day 31.  Here I am.  Had a tough weekend, but I didn't cave.  Saw my ex.  Drank too much.  There's more, but y'all don't need to hear all the gory details.  Stellar work, Rikki Jean.  Bravo.  

Working on forgiving myself now.  Not going to vape.  That'll just bring on more shame, and I need to have at least one win after what went down.
