Day 3

Forgot to post last night. I think I slept around 16 hours yesterday and my whole body aches. I'm definitely detoxing and it is not at all fun. I ended out practically bouncing around after I woke up and went to go do things, one of my kids had a doctor's appointment, and I ended out a little more energetic. Ended out getting in a fight with my niece. Maybe not the best idea to accost someone who has been saying all day that they feel like death.

Didn't sleep for anything last night and woke up with a massive headache. I don't even drink and I feel hung over. I can't wait for this to pass.

And it WILL pass!  But - the only way out is through.  Take it a day (sometimes a minute or an hour) at a time.  Treat yourself with TLC - that to-do list in your head can wait.  You ARE doing something important - you are quitting smoking!

Drink lots of water, and maybe play a phone game?

Great job on day 3!!!   Sleep has been my biggest problem.   You could try benadryl, melatonin, cutting back on caffeine, magnesium spray.  It will get better.  I know my first round, it took almost a month for my sleep to regulate to a normal routine.
