Day 3 of N.O.P.E

phyllis-12-7-15
0 8 0

Recognizing addiction when it rears its ugly head because it REALLY is a sneaky, subtle SOB.

Case in point: Since the weather may cooperate today is clean out the car day, we have had frequent thunder storms. I went out and opened my car doors to help air it out before cleaning, there in the floorboard I see a couple of empty packs. My 1st thought......wonder if theres one still in that? THAT is my ADDICTION at work.

Proud to say I didn't even pick it up to check. It will wait until I get the H in my H.A.L.T taken care of as well as patting myself on the back. Yea ME : )
