Well day 2 was a challenge. Working at home where it WAS normal to grab a smoke:
When I got on the phone.
When I got off the phone.
When I had an issue that needed extra thought.
When I figured out a problem.
When I took a break.
(a smoke for every occasion)
But I did it without a smoke.
Back to the office today where not smoking is easier.
