I used my smokes as a reward. I need a new reward. I calculated the money I have spent over the past 8 years and it makes my stomach turn. I think about the values I have and how smoking was not in line with those values. If I could have only seen it earlier, maybe I would own a car by now. Not having a vehicle has caused me to lose so much precious time with my siblings. I am going to deposit $70 into my savings account each month and buy a car. I know once I get behind the wheel I will feel so proud knowing I had the power all along, but I allowed smoking to reign supreme over those I love. I do feel as if I need some way to reward myself each day, though. Any suggestions?
