Hello all my fellow ex-smoker buddies! Well it's been a couple of weeks since I've checked in.....I hope everyone is doing well. I'm proud to say....today marks day 29 for me! Though it hasn't been easy....it sure has been worth it. Well, I'm a little concerned about something.....and need to vent. I still have not coughed up that nasty stuff in my lungs that everyone always talks about after they quit smoking. So, I'm really not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing.......or maybe I"m just being paranoid. I do realize that everybody is different and maybe it's just taking longer for me....but I thought for sure by now....I would have cleared all that crap out of my lungs.
