Its been a long time since I've posted a blog because life got really busy with my three year old son and I had some complications with my pregnancy. We are fine now. My daughter was born July 12, 2013. I am having some trouble because after  my fist baby was born I went back to smoking right away. i don't want to to that this time but it seems like lately smoking is all that I can think about.

282 days is fabulous! chase those thoughts away. Protect your quit. You have a little one to think about too now and you don't want to be in that previous situation before you quit. Its better for both of you that you remain smoke free  Congrats on your new baby too!!!

You're thinking about smoking because you think it's something "good" or a "treat". Whyquit.com is awesome. Also, have you read the Allen Carr Book "Easy Way to Quit Smoking"? In case you haven't here's a link. I know as a new mommy time is short but maybe you can read a little bit at a time.

Congratulations on your new baby and your quit! Also for coming here to blog for help before picking up...that means you have a sincere desire to continue to do what is best for you and your family...BRAVO!!!

Please remember that this an 'addiction' not just a 'habit' and you have not 'given anything up' you have made a 'CHOICE' for a better life for yourself and your children...

You are EXperiencing 'smoking memories' from the last time you had a child and then smoked again...This addiction does NOT define you...YOU make a CHOICE to be free regardless of urges or thoughts...

I would suggest getting an education ASAP...xo

Congrats on your baby girl!  Hang onto that quit of yours.  You have come way too far to go back now! You know at some point in life you will want or have to quit.  Quitting smoking sucks!! Save yourself the trouble since you are already a non smoker now!!
