I'm still alive, and my quit is still going well. I keep insisting that my quit has been incredibly easy, but people seem to be skeptical of that; oh well!. The only issues I have been having are from other issues that I *already* have that have been complicated by my quit: vertigo, headaches, panic attacks etc. Also, I still get pains in my lungs/chest that are sharp and quickly end, but are still unsettling when they happen (part of the lung healing process, I guess).
I'm going back to the doctor tomorrow to have them check my inner ear out, as my vertigo still hasn't passed as it was supposed to about 3 weeks ago. I seem to have confused some people the last time I posted. No, my dizziness and headaches are not quit related; they are caused by labrynthitis, an inner ear infection that causes vertigo. I am still concerned about the length of time it's taken for my ear to heal, but that is another story for another day.
Keep quitting strong my friends! If I can do it, so can you!
