Day 210 of my super special quit

Oh my, it's been 210 days. I've been with out generic Chantix for awhile and still going strong.

It truly does get easier. If you would have asked me if this time would be the magic quit, the one that would stick even 100 days ago, I would have told you I don't know, I was still unsure. I hardly ever think about smoking. I did just get over covid and I'm so glad I didn't smoke while I had it.

At 67 I have gone back to work. After they called and asked me, it made me feel good, I couldn't say no. I worked 1 week and 1 day got covid. Just came back tonight. The jury is still out on whether I'll stay or decide it's too much.

Hope everyone is doing well. Just hang in there if you are struggling with your quit, you are in the right place now. Reach out for help before you use again.

Stay strong and true to yourself, as I will stay strong and true to myself. We've got this.

I'm a grandma of 20 grandkids. Some are step grandkids but makes them no different. I'm recently retired from Hostess Brands think Twinkies. I'm quitting because I want to see all my grandkids grow up and be here for them.
