Well the quits going good.  So I decided that I 'd start taking a morning walk.  Nothing big just 15 to 20 minutes around the neighborhood.  It seems to help clear my head.  Which used to be a trigger for me. 

Things are getting easier I don't think about a cig unless I see one.  Then I just tell myself "I don't want to be that person anymore."  And I get through it.  I go to my parents a lot.  You can't smoke in there house and they don't smoke.  So it's an easy place to be.  

I'm off today and have a lot of stuff to do around the house.  I went out Monday and bought myself 2 outfits.  I deserved it!!  I've been working hard.  My sister is going to visit from Texas and I want some new clothes for her visit.  We take lots of pics.

Good for you and congrats on Day 20!!  I think a morning walk is an excellent idea..... gets the day going in a positive manner...... and you are doing something good for yourself!

Stay Strong...Enjoy your sister's visit!!

WoW!  Thanks for sharing this because it reminds me that its possible and that there IS a time I won't think of smoking!

Congratulations! So glad you are walking, I have found walking to be a key tool in quitting smoking and developing a general sense of well being. 20 days is awesome!

And i get through it"....wow, that was me e.x.a.c.t.l.y about a month ago. No, i still only think about cig if i see one, the difference is that i just tell mysel " wow,im so happy im not that person anymore" and i dont even worry about "getting through it" ...Keep strong with your decision, u absolutely can do it... and you came so far already 😉
