Day 2 woth out nicotine

42 hours to be exact. I'm so close to jumping in my car & running to the corner store...I'm going so crazy from the internal argument.  Anybody want to talk me down? It will be so easy to fall off the wagon right now. And I'm not sure why. The graves were step get yesterday but today I feel weaker mentally.

Well, since you asked.... YES!  I WANT TO TALK YOU DOWN!!! STOP!!!  DON'T DO IT!!!  How'd I do?

Seriously, do something, anything to distract yourself.  Physical movement is the best way usually.  Chew on something.  Call a friend.  Watch a comedy routine on YouTube.  Do whatever you have to do to get past this crave.  We'll worry about the next one when/if it comes.  You've got this!

When the thought comes. Tell it that "you don't do that anymore."

Say that I am a non-smoker.  If you hang tough it will get easier.  Read the suggested material and stay busy

It's this site's spellcheck.  It happens to me all the time.  I have to re-read everything I write 2 or 3 times before I hit that Post button.

Dont forget that. Why did you quit? Think on those reasons to strengthen your resolve. 

Just get theough the remainder of the day- it’s almost night time. Take a bath and put pajamas on. You do not need to go anywhere!!! Xox

PLEASE DONT JUMP OFF THE WAGON STAY QUIT ....... YOU CAN DO THIS 1 DAY SECOND 1 MINS  AT A TIME GET BUSY TAKE A WALK READ A BOOK GET ON THE INTERNET PLAY SO E GAMES AND KEEP TELLING YOUR SELF YOU DONT DO THAT ANYMORE first week is the hardest it does get easier  as time goes on.
