I try & make the tracking experience as interesting as possible. The reality is that I think its stupid! I know what my triggers are, nerves, coffee, driving, arguing w/ gf, Having sex.... Theres a million of them!!! But I also realize that its a necessary part of the process. I do see terrible trends in the smoking. It is also a blueprint for how I must attack the big ugly addiction that is nicotine. I cough & hack as I send this out, showing me further that this quit must be my last!
This week I am getting all the food/quit emergency stuff together. Becides toothpicks & gum, anyone have anything that they found that they liked ?
