Day 2 is almost over. :-)

I want to go to bed and sleep for 30 days straight!  Then wake up a non smoker with 30 days on the books.  Getting a lot accomplished, no smoke breaks!  Drinking a lot of water, something I never do, so that's another benefit.  Hmm, this sounds like a win win thing to do 🙂

@pmt Yeah, we all wished we could sleep through it, but it doesn't work that way. You sorta have to earn your way through it one crave at a time. The sooner you can confront your craves the easier it gets.

Just saying, "I'm having a crave right now because I don't smoke anymore. This crave will not last long." Can help you stare down a crave and grow stronger. Best of success!

I share that feeling of wanting to sleep the next month away! I'm pretty much exactly where you are and it certainly isn't easy! But you've got this - and we're here to help you through to the next day... and the next.

@pmt You're doing it! Like you said, drinking the water and quitting smoking is a win-win! I wish there was magic for the very beginning because it's difficult but you will get through it and we are here to help you.
