Well, made it through day two. While mapping my smoking the last couple weeks I found that most of my triggers were at work. I drive a truck: 40 minutes to first stop, Then15 minutes or so between each subsequent stop, these were the "perfect" smoke breaks. Proud to say I knocked them all out today, lotsa cinnamon altoids and cloves but I made it through and tomorrow will be better I think. Though I did find it funny every time I walked back to the truck I would reach for the breast pocket in my coat where my cigarettes always were. Nothing there but an altoids tin now 🙂
