Day 181 but the big deal for me is 6 months Quit !

Unbelievable ! Never thought I would see 6 months of no smoking ....NOPE is what got me here One Day At A Time and all of you Beautiful people here in My Ex Family ! Thank You so much !

Today I worked on the 4th floor (NSG Home ) I haven't been on that unit for a few months I told the RN that today was my 6 month quit smoking anniversary and she  looked stunned  and  said  " REALLY Bonnie you have quit smoking for 6 Months ? HOW did you do it ? I have been trying But not getting very far . So I gave her some tips on quitting but then I told her the biggest and main reason was a site I found online called Ex Community !

Ain't that the truth !.........Onward and upward......next milestone 200 days...... One day at a time !

I feel like a happy quitter today ! Newbies stack up the days and celebrate your milestones !

 I rewarded myself with a new bra today !  🙂 .......lol

Hey Bonnie B.  I am so proud of you and happy that you are celebrating 6 months.  I remember the days of your initial quit.  You have come a very long way.  Thank you for being here.  You have helped in my journey of freedom from Nicotine.  Happy Dance!  I wish I could post a picture.  I haven't found any instructions that are in laymen terms.  Anyway you have had a lot of celebrating going on.  Continue....Upward Onward.
