I know it has got easier but I feel like I am in limbo-I have made to do lists so when I get up in the morning I am not so confused, lost...but I just just cant bring myself to do it. I am a very structured person and since I quit I just feel like I dont have a great reason to get up, to move forward. I really loved my morning coffee and smoke. That was my favorite time of day. I would go to bed fairly early at night because I was so looking forward to waking up. Now, I had no idea on how to fix this. Will it just fix itself over time?

My name is Patricia, but I go by Pat. I am 58 years old, I am married and I have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren and 2 dogs. I started smoking when I was 12 and I have tried to quit a million times. I have to say that I have had an exceptional year and I am hoping to add quit smoking to my 2023 accomplishments.
