Very nauseous every morning. Is this something someone has also experienced? Not pregnant. Have a great smoke free day!

Are you taking Chantix? Or on the patch? Or has anything else changed?

I am not sure this is being caused by the quit itself.  If you are using the patch and leaving it on at night, you might try taking it off overnight and see if that makes a difference.  If you are using a lozenge or gum  on an empty stomach, that could cause it.  If you are not using an NRT, constipation can also cause nausea.

Other than that, I would check with your doctor.

Congrats on Day 16!  You are DOING this!

Hope you feel better!

I am using patch. Round two of 21 mg. Thanks, as I have been wearing it at night! I will take it off tonight and see if this helps! You guys are great!

@Never_again I did cold turkey and was nauseous in the morning for the first couple of weeks…if you look up withdrawal symptoms it is on the list…some call our symptoms when we quit “Quitters Flu”… Wishing you better days ahead … Colleen 962 DOF

@Never_again I was getting nauseous every morning but I was sucking on the lozenges and they left a terrible taste in my mouth. I did the patches and gum. Hopefully you can choose something that will help you quit 🙂😉
