Day 1566! Hi everyone!!!!!

Its been 4 years and 3 months quit.

I have met so many wonderful people. I have several in my email address book that no longer write.

I miss all the ones that have left, but I am here to meet more special people.

If I can be of service to anyone that needs to talk, just send a pm.

I sincerely hope to help as many as I can with tools that have worked for me and friendship.

I like that:  "I would rather breathe than smoke".  Recently, I've begun to notice that if I pay attention to what my lungs are telling me, they are saying, "Don't do this (smoke) to us".  It's a very visceral experience.
