I haven't been on for a while, but I am staying strong, exercising as much as possible and reading from 3 different websites. As always, I appreciate the support and words of encouragement.

You still have two years worth of smoking "memories" at the changes in seasons, holidays and dramas to get through. These will be easy - as they are more like, "Gee, I used to always smoke as I wrapped presents." But I don't smoke anymore, so maybe I'll take a break for a Christmas cookie instead!"
